Coalition Board Update
As many of you may be aware, there have been a few changes to the Coalition Board over the
past few months. Due to other obligations, and interests, we had some vacancies open up
on the Board last year. Since the position of president, held by Donna Knox was coming to
a close, it was time to elect a new president. Robin Piacine (formerly, Robin Mayberry),
was elected President of the Coalition of Families in July of 2003. Donna will remain on
the board and has taken on the new title of D.C. Liaison. We would like to thank all of our
former officers and board members for the positive contributions that they have made to the
Coalition.
The five member Board of Directors for the Coalition are now filled by Robin Piacine, Gerri
Prescott, Donna Knox, John Zimmerlee, and Rick Knox. Our intent is to serve you well and to
continue to pursue our mission and search for the truth. We are pursuing a more in depth focus
on research which continues to be reflected in the Coalition of Families of Korean and Cold War
POW/MIA's quarterly newsletter as well as on our web page.
