Cold War POW/MIA Family Members Alert!
According to Frank Tims, Chairman of the American Cold War Veteran’s Organization, there is ongoing legislation on the Cold War Victory Medal (now pending in the House-Senate conference (SEC 556, COLD WAR VICTORY MEDAL, in H.R.1585). The medal is in the National Defense Authorization Act for 2008, but bureaucrats at the Pentagon want it stripped out. We want the medal kept in the final bill. You can help by asking your senator to speak up in support of the Cold War Medal. Don’t let these veterans and what they achieved be forgotten!

Please visit this site for more information regarding this Cold War Medal issue at: American Cold War Veterans, www.americancoldwarvets.org.
