Beginning the SearchWe are working hard to bring you the most up-to-date, reliable information that we can. Please send us an email with any comments or questions and we will try to address your input promptly. The Department of Defense, Defense Prisoner of War Missing Personnel Office (DPMO) hosts regional and annual updates. If you are unable to attend the Regional and Annual Updates (listed in the community section and on the DPMO web site at http://www.dtic.mil/dpmo/), and receive the most current information regarding your loved one, you need to know that information can still be provided for you by the appropriate Military Casualty Office. In every issue of our newsletter, Update and Review, we provide you with a form that is a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. This form has a list of key documents that you should be requesting from your Military Casualty Office. If you do not receive our newsletter and would like to, please fill out the membership application form located under the tab “about us.” We are in this together, and the Coalition of Families is willing to help all Korean and Cold War Families looking for the truth regarding their loved ones. And remember, you are your loved one's best advocate for the truth! |
